The vibe of this place was really cool with the stunning rooftop pool and cozy garden area that hit the spot for relaxation. I loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking in some sun—perfect way to unwind! It was a bit of a trek to find some nearby food options, but definitely worth it for the overall experience. 🌞

Consider visiting Quack Quack café on the ground floor for excellent service and a cozy atmosphere—much better than the hotel’s restaurant experience.

A Memorable Experience with Fantastic Staff

We enjoyed the stunning rooftop pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of excursions. Ronald from the restaurant brightened our mornings with his cheerful service. Pro-tip, don’t skip the continental breakfast—try the fresh fruit selection! it was a delightful family getaway.

The fridge was broken, and the cooked breakfast was unexpectedly filled with mushrooms.

The location was superb, just a stone's throw from cafes and restaurants, and the views from the room were breathtaking. The property has a convenience mart open till 3 AM, which was a lifesaver for late-night snacks!

The room service phone took too long to connect.

The limited selection at breakfast felt a bit underwhelming, especially with no buffet option and a steep RM 50 per person price tag. Elevators can be a maze, leading to confusion in navigating the space, and I encountered broken pool showers which was less than ideal for a post-swim rinse. the lack of nearby dining options meant any meal outside the hotel required some travel.

I spent two nights at this place and found the facilities really good. The rooftop pool was great for relaxing after visiting local attractions. I also liked the breakfast choices offered each morning. There was a lovely vibe around, especially during the daily manager's reception that I enjoyed. As a mother, I appreciated the warm environment while my son explored nearby shopping areas.

The dining reservation system could have been clearer, as it was not straightforward about making dinner reservations. I felt some staff members were not very friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! ! room service was quick and efficient. the location offered great views for photos, especially around sunset. dry cleaning was a breeze.

The kitchenette in the Louis V room was quite convenient. I loved the decor in the lobby and dining area. it has a very stylish and inviting feel. The free wi-fi worked well throughout my stay, which was a definite plus. I faced some inconveniences. I couldn't get extra towels for my family of four, which was frustrating. the phone in the room took forever to connect for room service. When I complained at the reception, I was told it needed resetting. Breakfast choices left much to be desired. I ordered an avocado sandwich but received one with egg, even after specifying vegetarian options. These mishaps did affect my overall experience, even though the room itself was nice and spacious.

Every corner of this place is a feast for the eyes! The design is absolutely stunning, from the intricate ceiling details to the chic decor in the dining area. And let’s not forget the rooftop pool with breathtaking views that made my stay feel like a dream!
